Beliefs and Mental Health

Hello visitors! I need your help with my MSc research

I’m currently doing a Master’s research project all about how Christian faith practices like prayer, worship, or personal devotion might relate to resilience and anxiety in adults. Basically, I’m curious about how our faith (or lack of it) might shape how we cope with life’s challenges.

If you’re 18 or older and either:

identify as a practising Christian, or

consider yourself non-religious,

…I’d love for you to take part!

It’s very simple, just an online questionnaire that takes about 5–20 minutes.

There are no interviews, and everything is completely anonymous (no names or emails collected).

💭 Some questions touch on things like stress or anxiety, but you can skip anything you’re not comfortable with.

Your responses will help build understanding of how faith and mental wellbeing connect, something that could make a real difference in the future.

If you’re interested (or just want to support me), click the link below to take part.
